Steel Fabrication

The current fabrication facility at Tannadice Street, Dundee consists of a 2000 square metre workshop with two work bays 12m wide x 84m long. Both bays are serviced by two five tonne overhead cranes and can comfortably handle steel sections up to 22m in length. Our offices are situated in the same building as the workshop which enables the management to keep tight control of production and quality.

Our team of fabricators have a comprehensive range of cutting, bending and drilling equipment as well as seven MIG welding machines. Our coded welders are all certified to BS EN 9606-1.

Our quality management system is certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and all structural steelwork production is certified to BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 up to execution class 2.

The company will shortly be constructing a second workshop at our recently purchased two-acre site at West Pitkerro Industrial Estate, Dundee. This new facility will allow us to increase our fabrication capacity and handle longer sections where required.
